Delay Codes
WX - Weather delay

Flight Status
Completed - Flight that actually occurred (fuel burn > 0)
Verified - Flight confirmed as completed (status_id = 8)
Cancelled - Flight that was cancelled before departure
Scheduled - Planned future flight
Revenue Terms
Reconciled Revenue - Final confirmed revenue amount
Estimated Revenue - Projected revenue before reconciliation
